Job opportunities

We are not currently recruiting for any roles at Westbrook.

Volunteering

Westbrook is Urban Saints' primary residential centre which consists of a large Victorian house set in 18 acres of grounds. The team that looks after Westbrook is small, so volunteers are essential in making sure the Centre is well maintained and guests are given the best possible welcome. Volunteering at Urban Saints Westbrook is not restricted to set periods of time and could be for just a weekend or for a few months.

Friends of Westbrook

Friends of Westbrook is a society of people who hold the work of Westbrook close to heart.

Made up of those who've known us from as early as our first Cru camp in 1948, to a new wave of emerging church leadership from within the Urban Saints movement, the Friends of Westbrook unites a couple of hundred folk through a shared love of Westbrook.

Friends receive special updates on what we're up to and invites to events here at Urban Saints Westbrook. They enjoy meeting old friends and making new ones in Westbrook's own special environment. They pray for us, raise money for us, talk about us and keep us connected to our roots.

There is no cost associated with becoming a Friend of Westbrook so why not get in touch and join us.

Other ways you can support

Give

Urban Saints is a charity. Your financial gifts to Urban Saints Westbrook help ensure we can continue to offer a residential centre where thousands of young people can come each year and experience our beautiful site and special welcome in an atmosphere that reflects the caring Christian ethos the centre was first set up to provide.

Many local churches continue to make a huge, positive difference in the lives of children and young people across the UK. Being able to go away on a residential can help in so many different areas of life from becoming more independent to learning new and valuable life skills. Urban Saints and its own dedicated residential Westbrook centre are committed to helping provide these opportunities for all children and young people, whatever their background, and you can really help us.

Your gift would enable Urban Saints Westbrook to:

  • continue to be able to provide a special place for young people to experience time away from home away with their friends and leaders who really care for them;
  • provide new and improved facilities and activities for groups that stay with us;
  • maintain our precious buildings and grounds for future generations to use;
  • continue to employ our valuable staff team which provides much-needed jobs for local people.

We can't all be youth workers but we can all play our part to help children and young people fulfil their God-given potential!
